Should be fluent in english, hindi language. Should like to travel in his region regouresly Qualification Required: Technical engineering graduate. MBA will be an added advantage.
Experience: 4-5 years minimum experience inthe field of sales and marketing. Hi- tech and hi-cost machine sales experience is preferable. Depend on candidate qualification and experience. If candidate is proficient then salary will not an issue.

Job Responsibilities
1. Arranging Visits Of Technicians Or Engineers For Installation Of Machines.
2. To Give Full Back Support For Installation Of Machines Till Installation Completes With Satisfactory Report From Customer.
3. Taking Care Of That All Installations Has Been Completed Within Specific Time.
4. Keeping Good Relations With Customer All The Time.
5. Keeping Record Of All Installation Reports And Related Documents.
6. Attending the customer’s complaint On Phone or Mail and Understand the Problem.
7. If Required Give Telephonic Support To Resolve The Problem.
8. Planning for site visit of Engineer or technician To Resolve The Problem.
9. Keeping Record Of All Service Reports.
10. Maintain Spare Parts stock.
11. Generate Enquiries For Spare parts Sale To All Existing Customers.
12. Taking Care of Sending Spares To Customers With Prepayment With The Help Of Accounts And Stores Department.
13. Keeping Track Of Spares Sending (Courier, Air bill, Transport) Details.
14. Helping Customer To Use Spare Parts With Telephonic Or Email Guidance.
15. Keeping Record Of All Spare Parts Sales.
16. Arrange Training For Valued Customers Machine Operators.
17. Maintain the team of Engineers and Technicians.
19. Training of new Engineers and Technicians.
