Retaining of performing employees and managing the attrition rate.

Responsible for conducting Manpower Planning, Performance appraisal.

Confirmation of employees and Annual increment.

Defining KRA’s of employees, linking KRA with performance & training.

Manage all communications channels to ensure consistency and relevance

Create, Lead & Manage employee forums, company events etc.

Handling and maintenance of quality process for the training section.

Creating culture & maintaining good office environment.

3)      Attending phone calls & transfers them to the respective departments.

4)      Maintain record of all the phone calls.

5)      To manage House Keeping Cleanliness

6)      After coming Any Visitor, Customer & Guest You should manage to serve them water, Tea, Coffee & Same inform to Yuvraj Bhujbal (Marketing Department).

7)      Reception should be Responsible for All HR/Admin Dept. Related Activity Which is said by HR /Admin Dept.

8)      To Clean the Reception Area, pantry Passage with help Of Office Boy or Swipper.

9)      To Manage Courier Details, canteen & Security Activity.

10)  Strictly Watch the Front activity & inform the Same if anything mis happen.
