Cancellation and Refund Policy
Saurabh Flexipack systems p ltd reserves the right to cancel the received order,or delay the order because of insufficient quantity, national holidays, force-majeure events (like floods, earthquakes, political instability, strikesetc.)
- In case Saurabh Flexipack systems p ltd cancels an order, 100% refund will be paid to the customer.
- If a cancellation is done by customer before dispatch of materil and within 8hrs of booking the order, 7.5% of total paid amount will be deducted as admin and bank charges and the remaining amount will be refunded back to the customer within 10 working days.
- If a cancellation is done by a customer after dispatch then to and fro courier or transportation or shipping charges +10% of total paid amount will be deducted and the remaining amount will be refunded back to the customer within 10 working days.
- There will be no refund after reaching the products or parts at your destination.
