Saurabh Flexipack offers the Kawach Twin-150, Kawach 700, Kawach 450, MTL-400 and Kawach-Roto for instant tea and coffee premix. The Kawach 450 suits single-serve sachets, the MTL-400 multi-track machine suits high-volume sachet production, and the Kawach 700 suits larger retail pouches.

An auger filler is the best choice for tea and coffee premix. Premix contains sugar, milk powder and tea or coffee, which can be fine and slightly sticky, and an auger doses it accurately while keeping dust to a minimum.

The Kawach 450 handles pouch widths from 30 mm to 100 mm with a maximum height of 165 mm, the Kawach 700 handles 50–200 mm width and up to 315 mm height, and the Kawach Twin-150 handles 60–320 mm width and up to 240 mm height.

The machines are designed for dust-free seals with high filling accuracy. A clean seal area gives leak-proof sachets, protects the premix from moisture and keeps laminate waste below 1%.

Instant tea and coffee premix can be packed in pillow pouches (seal bags), side-gusseted bags and three-side-seal pouches. Compatibility depends on the selected machine model and configuration.
